When you have active locations you can't delete your Cuttinboard account. Wait until the plan you purchased ends for the locations to be deleted; then and only then you will be able to delete your Cuttinboard account.
You can't just press a button and delete a location from your Dashboard. The only way to delete a location is to go to your Admin Tab > Manage Billing, press the Manage Billing button and press the Cancel Subscription button. When the end of the billing period arrives, the location and all its data will be deleted.
