We see Notes as an excellent way of writing down bite-sized text that needs to be consulted over and over again. Picture it as a real board in a wall with a bunch of sticky notes pinned to it, only that Notes allows you to have as many boards as you want, and the information won't get lost.
Our most important tool when it comes to having everyone know exactly what they should do on their next shift, or the next day, or the next week...or whatever parameter you want to introduce, with Tasks you can create several Task Boards to attend to whatever need your restaurant has.
Tasks is a very flexible feature. You can create a personal board with tasks for yourself that only you will see. You can create a board where you assign tasks to one of your Assistant Managers. You could also create a board with tasks for all your managers. Or maybe a board to drop tasks for the entire restaurant? What about creating Task boards for an specific shift? A true stronghold for your restaurant files. We decided to call it Drawers actually, because that's exactly what it is. A bunch of drawers with folders and files, it sounds boring, but trust us, it could be your most important tool.
Who said you have to drop all your files in one place and let everyone access it? With the creation of different drawers you can control who has a key to interact with the content inside. You could create a drawer for training files that everyone can see, a drawer for files that only managers should be able to access, a drawer for Company Culture documents...and so on, you get the point.

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
